As a Yard Setup & Inventory clerk, you will play a key role in our shared success. Yard Setup & Inventory Clerks process auction assets such as construction equipment and vehicles, making sure they are logged/prepped for auction day. As we continue to expand, we are looking to grow/strengthen the Operations Team by adding more teachable/talented individuals like yourself.

Role and Responsibilities:

Operate iPad and Inventory Software (SNOW) to log auction assets Perform Check-In of heavy construction equipment, heavy commercial trucks, trailers, passenger vehicles, etc. at the front gate Assist in Photography of acquired assets for auction day Perform cleaning, inspection & maintenance on assigned equipment Operate Heavy Equipment (excavator, backhoe, skid steer, etc.) Load/Unload heavy construction equipment, commercial trucks, attachments, etc. from trailers & shipping containers Load/Unload smaller assets (such as tools/materials) Facility Maintenance as assigned: mowing, weed eating, garbage, facility clean up including sweeping/mopping/vacuuming, bathroom clean up and stocking as needed, other facility maintenance as assigned. Assists where needed on tasks on the yard and other areas of the company. Flexibility with work schedule. Travel 50% of the time to other auction locations Properly follow company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

1-2 years of Inventory Experience 1-2 years of experience loading and unloading trucks with heavy loader / telescopic forklift 1-2 years of construction equipment & heavy commercial truck knowledge Ability to drive heavy equipment and standard transmission vehicles Ability to multitask & be organized/detail oriented while working in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English required Technologically adept with ability to learn and master new software & programs quickly A valid driver's license / CDL is a Big Plus High school diploma or GED equivalent Auction experience a plus

Work Environment:

Outdoor job: While performing duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and moving equipment. The employee is exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud Various types of PPE may be required for some tasks and in some areas of the workplace.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move item up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Frequent climbing on and off large equipment and trucks

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (overtime as required/approved) Weekends (as required / approved)

Email and/or phone communication capability is needed. Dependable transportation to and from work. Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens
