Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Floor Auditor to join our warehouse team. The Floor Auditor is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, verifying compliance with operational procedures, and maintaining quality standards across the warehouse floor. This role plays a key part in identifying discrepancies, improving processes, and supporting overall efficiency.
Schedule:
Full-time 3rd Shift (9PM-5AM) availability required

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine audits of warehouse inventory, locations, and processes Verify product counts and investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records Monitor picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure accuracy and compliance Identify and report errors, damages, or process inefficiencies Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain accurate audit records and prepare reports for management Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Assist with cycle counts and full inventory audits as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse, auditing, or inventory control experience required Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills (inventory systems, spreadsheets, handheld scanners) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and organizational skills Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to [75 lbs] for extended periods Forklift certification and/or experience is preferred but not required

Warehouse setting with varying temperatures Fast-paced environment with frequent movement #
MFP Pay:
$20.70 per hour
