Full Job Description Overview Skyline Shipping Solutions, LLC dba PickPakGo seeks a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Auditor to join our 3PL warehouse team. This position will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy across multiple customer accounts and approximately 1,500 SKUs. The work schedule is 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM , Monday through Friday . The Inventory Control Auditor will conduct physical inventory counts, reconcile inventory between the warehouse and our WMS/ERP systems, investigate discrepancies, and help improve inventory control processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, comfortable working with technology, and able to identify problems and determine their root cause. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Reconcile physical inventory with WMS and ERP system records. Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes. Audit receiving, shipping, returns, transfers, and inventory adjustments. Identify misplaced, damaged, slow-moving, or obsolete inventory. Maintain accurate records of inventory counts and adjustments. Prepare inventory reports and communicate discrepancies to management. Monitor inventory accuracy and identify recurring issues or trends. Recommend improvements to inventory control procedures and warehouse processes. Use
WMS, ERP
systems, barcode scanners, Excel, and other inventory tools. Assist with customer inventory reconciliations and audits. Train warehouse employees on proper inventory handling, counting, and system procedures. Support loss prevention and inventory accuracy initiatives. Ensure inventory procedures are followed consistently and accurately. Qualifications • College degree required • 3 years of Inventory Auditing experience. Previous warehouse, inventory control, auditing, or distribution experience preferred. Experience with WMS or ERP systems preferred. Epicor and ShipHero experience a PLUS . Strong computer and Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a warehouse environment and spend extended periods on your feet. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who notices when something doesn't look right, investigates why, and takes ownership of getting it corrected . This person should be dependable, organized, comfortable working with numbers and technology, and committed to maintaining accurate inventory for our customers. Experience in a 3PL, distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse environment is a plus. $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
