Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS). Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits to identify discrepancies and root causes of inventory variances. Collaborate with procurement, merchandising, and logistics teams to optimize stock replenishment, demand planning, and category management strategies. Manage shipping & receiving processes, including materials handling, order fulfillment, and 3PL coordination to ensure timely delivery. Utilize data mining and supply chain analytics to identify process improvements, reduce costs, and enhance warehouse efficiency. Support production planning by providing accurate inventory insights for manufacturing schedules and materials management. Implement process improvements in warehouse operations to streamline stocking procedures, reduce heavy lifting risks, and improve overall warehouse management. Skills Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management software, and warehouse operations. Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel data analysis, and data visualization tools. Knowledge of supply chain management principles including demand planning, procurement, sourcing, logistics inventory management, and materials handling. Excellent analytical skills for root cause analysis, financial modeling, pricing strategies, and process improvement initiatives. Ability to perform detailed data collection and analysis using spreadsheets while maintaining accuracy in high-volume environments. Effective cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with procurement teams, warehouse staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Physical capability for heavy lifting when necessary; experience with forklift operation is advantageous.
