Photography Tech I plays a critical role for capturing quality photographs of inventory for the production of the On Time auctions. This role may move or handle inventory throughout Rock Island Auction Company's (RIAC) facility. Essential Job Functions

• Operates multiple photo stations to produce photos of various types of firearms and non-firearm items which meets established internal quality standards and expectations.
• Handles inventory items safely for proper setting in photo station.
• Meets established departmental production goals consistently in order to achieve auction deadlines.
• Prioritizes regulatory compliance and demonstrates integrity.
• Works expected overtime and required auction weekends (approximately 6 per year).
• Demonstrates reliability, commitment, and effective collaboration in order to successfully achieve assigned tasks and goals.
• Completes other duties, as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education and Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Prior relevant work experience with production, warehouse, supply chain management, inventory, material handling, or other related field highly preferred. Basic proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
