Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a BSN preferred, and a current Texas Nursing License. Requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical setting or nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments, document health data, execute treatments and medications, delegate tasks per Nurse Practice Act, educate patients and families, participate in multidisciplinary teams, monitor quality assurance data, and assist in developing clinical policies.
Skills:
Strong communication, judgment, discretion, and adherence to policies and procedures. Capable of documenting and participating in continuous quality improvement.
Additional Duties:
Perform other assigned tasks, ensure compliance with standards, and support clinical operations.
