Job Description

El Famoso is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support daily inventory operations in our warehouse. This position is responsible for helping keep inventory , organized, correctly located, and accessible to our operational teams. The Inventory Associate performs putaway, replenishment, inventory movement, cycle counts, inventory research and recovery, and other day-to-day inventory functions. This role works in both ShipHero and Monday.com and helps ensure that physical inventory matches system records. Accuracy, organization, safe material handling, and timely support of warehouse operations are essential to this position. Responsibilities Complete inventory putaway into assigned warehouse locations. Replenish active picking locations from reserve and overstock inventory. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits and discrepancy research. Verify SKUs, quantities, and locations during inventory movements. Maintain accurate physical inventory and ShipHero location records. Investigate missing, misplaced, unidentified, or incorrectly located inventory. Support inventory recovery and Hospital workflows. Complete assigned replenishment, forklift, inventory, and material-movement requests. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment when trained and authorized. Support Receiving, Fulfillment, and Special Projects with approved inventory movements. Maintain organized pallet, shelf, bin, overstock, staging, and picking locations. Update assigned inventory workflows and task statuses in Monday.com. Report inventory discrepancies, location conflicts, damaged product, and system issues to Inventory leadership. Follow all warehouse safety, PIT, 5S, housekeeping, and inventory-control procedures. Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy. Ability to accurately count, identify, organize, and move warehouse inventory. Comfortable using warehouse software, scanners, and computer-based workflows. Ability to learn and work within ShipHero and Monday.com. Ability to investigate discrepancies and follow established processes through resolution. Strong organization and communication skills. Ability to work independently while supporting multiple warehouse departments. Forklift/PIT experience or certification preferred; training may be provided as appropriate. Previous warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, or 3PL experience preferred. Ability to safely perform the physical material-handling requirements of a warehouse position. Primary Focus Keep inventory accurate, correctly located, accessible, and ready for Operations.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
