SUBMIT INVOICES FROM INTERNATIONAL SUPPLIERS HOUSE KEEPING FOR AREA UPDATE GRIR REPORT AND WORKFLOW NUMEROUS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Working Conditions:
Must be able to do heavy lifting at required times. Work areas may have some situations requiring immediate cleaning or safety corrections. Typical work schedule is approximately 40 hours per week Monday-Friday Office setting
Special Skills:
Communicative Leadership Profile Skill with negotiations Accounting Basic knowledge of finance and taxes Skills with mathematical calculations Microsoft office package skills such as Excel etc. (Computer skills) Education Requirements (if applicable) Must be able to read and comprehend all equipment literature that applies to his/her area. High School Diploma Some college level accounting classes ( preferred but not required)
Experience:
Understands the function of the computer system, and procurement/inventory control and has the ability to work with peers. EOE/VET/DISABLED
