Supply Chain Coordinator Ari's Pantry Dallas, TX Job Details Full-time $42,000 - $52,000 a year 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Employee discount Qualifications Supplier management Logistics Driver's License Attention to detail Driving Full Job Description Ari's Pantry is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee and execute the daily flow of inventory, products, and logistics across our growing company. This hands-on role is responsible for physically coordinating and completing product transfers and deliveries between our warehouse, kitchen, and store locations to help ensure our operations run efficiently and our stores remain fully stocked. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and communicates effectively across multiple teams. This position will actively manage inventory movement, complete transfers and deliveries, support purchasing coordination, and help improve operational efficiencies as the company continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Product Coordination Create, coordinate, and execute inventory transfers between warehouse and retail locations Pull and prepare products for scheduled store transfers and deliveries Monitor inventory levels, communicate shortages, overages, or product needs to the COO Assist with inventory counts, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy Help reduce waste, spoilage, and product loss through proper inventory management Maintain organized inventory and storage systems Logistics & Distribution Coordinate daily product movement between warehouse, kitchen, and retail locations Ensure products are delivered accurately and on time to all locations Communicate with store teams regarding delivery schedules and inventory needs Support catering logistics and product preparation as needed Purchasing & Vendor Support Assist COO with purchase orders and product replenishment Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders and deliveries Track incoming shipments and help resolve discrepancies or shortages Maintain accurate receiving and inventory documentation Operations Support Work closely with store leadership, warehouse staff, kitchen teams, and ownership Identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and workflow Support implementation of operational systems and procedures as the company grows Additional duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly Dependable and punctual Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable driving throughout the local area multiple times per day Excellent communication and follow-through Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively 1+ year of experience in inventory, logistics, warehouse, purchasing, or food service operations preferred Experience with inventory management systems or spreadsheets required Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, in-person position Flexibility to support early mornings, evenings, or weekends as operational needs require Based primarily at the main warehouse/office location with regular interaction across store locations At Ari's Pantry, we're building more than a business, we're building a growing brand with a strong team culture and opportunities for long-term growth.
