An Inventory Associate monitors warehouse inventory and places orders with vendors for supplies. Conducts regular or occasional audits of inventory or sections of a warehouse.
$20.00 Core duties: Overview A Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels through routine counting, verification, and reconciliation of materials within a warehouse or production facility. This role ensures inventory integrity, supports operational efficiency, and helps prevent stock discrepancies that can impact production and customer orders. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts and audits on assigned inventory or locations using established procedures. Verify inventory accuracy by comparing physical counts to WMS records. Update inventory records accordingly following proper procedures. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order picker, and RF.
Communicating with supervisors and teams:
Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or space constraints.
Following safety and compliance standards:
Maintain clean, hazard?free work areas and follow OSHA guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Basic math and data entry skills.
Basic computer proficiency:
Ability to use scanners, tablets, or WMS software.
Attention to detail:
Accuracy in counting, labeling, and recording data.
Physical capability:
Ability to lift, move, and stack materials as needed.
Equipment certification:
Forklift or reach?truck certification (if required by the role). Problem?

Key Accountabilities :
Responsible for the accurate checking or counting of all product for both inbound and outbound freight and for ensuring all product is free of damage and infestation and production code dates are properly recorded. Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications and/or other requirements. Research all inventory location problems (mystery pallets, inventory errors, etc.). Research shipping errors and complete validation. Check for product recalls. Responsible for any areas (including inbounds, picking, outbounds, etc.) requiring additional lift operator-related task assistance. Perform other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience :
