Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this dual-function role, you will be the face of our business at the sales counter while also supporting day-to-day warehouse duties including order picking, receiving, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in and phone customers with product inquiries, order placement, and returns. Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) and inventory system. Receive, inspect, and unload incoming freight; accurately stock inventory in designated bin locations. Pick, pack, and stage orders for customer pickup or outbound delivery. Perform routine inventory cycle counts and help identify discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe counter area and warehouse floor. Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklift if certified) safely.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in counter sales, customer service, or warehouse/distribution environments preferred. Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning inventory/POS software. Strong verbal communication skills and a team-first attitude. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day. Forklift certification or willingness to complete training is a plus.
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
