• Full-time As an order processer, your essential job functions will include the following: Plan, organize, and monitor the sales and purchase orders.

Assist store director with the day-to-day operation. Ensure that stock volume is accurate and organized at all times and maintain proper inventory levels. Perform accurate and timely physical counts related to warehouse productivity and accuracy as directed by management. Meet order processing goals and performance standards. As a Cycle Count / Inventory Control Specialist Perform daily cycle counts according to schedule to ensure inventory accuracy Compare physical inventory with system data (e.g., Shopify, WMS ) Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies (shortage, overage, mis-picks, etc.) Assist with inventory adjustments and ensure proper documentation Support monthly, quarterly, and annual full physical inventory counts Maintain proper bin locations and warehouse organization Work closely with operations, purchasing, and accounting teams to ensure data consistency Propose improvements to inventory control processes and counting efficiency Job Qualifications Efficiency in computer operating skills. Excellent writing, reading, verbal and speaking communication skills in Chinese and English. 1+ year of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or cycle counting preferred Familiarity with inventory systems (Shopify, QuickBooks, Excel, or WMS) Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting Basic English communication skills (Mandarin is a plus if applicable) Basic Excel skills (data entry and simple analysis) Position Requirements Under Texas law, job applicants for operating tobacco commodities must be 21 years of age or older.
