We are dedicated to making flight training more accessible through innovative design and engineering. Our mission is to empower individuals to master flying with cutting-edge solutions. Summary We are seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to join our team in Kyle. This role is crucial in ensuring that our inventory processes run smoothly, supporting our mission to provide top-notch flight training devices and applications. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to maintaining accurate inventory levels and optimizing supply chain operations. Responsibilities Job picking Put-away Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Conduct regular audits of inventory and reconcile discrepancies. Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline operations. Perform related clerical tasks and audits to support warehouse logistics. Perform the full range of Inventory Transfer functions. Implement best practices for inventory control and management. Assist in the development of inventory tracking systems. Support procurement activities by providing accurate inventory reports. Qualifications, skills, & requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift 30lbs + frequently Familiarity with computers & technology Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This is considered an entry-level position here at Redbird, requiring someone who is detail oriented and a team player. You will need to be able to effectively communicate issues identified and bring them to the proper team members to be addressed. This is a new and developing department at Redbird, so we are looking for a someone who wants to grow with us.
