Job Description
Kramer Autoplex in Livingston is seeking a Lot and Inventory Assistant to oversee our two dealerships, Chevy and CDJR. This is an exciting role with an organization that fosters a family type atmosphere with a true team spirit.
Job Duties:
- Will assist with the inventory process for Kramer Autoplex
- LowJack maintenance.
- Responsible for assisting in the inventory processes. Intake, photo, recon, detail, window stickers, parking lot.
- Will assist the parking and staging of all inventories. This includes New Arrivals, Detail, Recon, Wholesale, Photo, Customer Parking, and Display Lot.
- Factory CPO inventory to be always displayed correctly and compliant.
- This position will be the assistant coordinator for all units to properly accept and stock in inventory. They will work in conjunction with the Inventory Manager to help track incoming units.
- As implemented this position will follow the set checklists and processes for Intake units, Equipment verification, 1st photo, Final photo, and retake photos.
- This position will follow a process to get an initial set of photos online once the vehicle arrives.
- Will utilize vAuto, picture, and video software as required.
- The Inventory Assistant will work in conjunction with the Service Director to follow cars through the recon and detail process.
- This position will have a set standard that will be followed for all final photos to be taken and uploaded into vAuto.
- Will monitor all online VDPs for accuracy.
- Will manage all Window stickers and associated software. Pre-owned Stickers, Buyer's Guides, and addendums.
- Will work in conjunction with staff for weekly and monthly inventory audits.
- This position is expected to know where all inventory units are in the process and provide daily updates to the management staff.
- Expectations for total stocking, picture, recon, and detail time is 4 days on average.
- Other duties as required by the Service Director, General Manager, and Inventory Manager.
- Performance measured on timing to complete intake to final photos as well as the quality of online VDPs (Vehicle Display Pages).
