As a vital member of our care team, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient health, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all residents and patients. Duties Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts. Monitor vital signs, document medical information accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems, and report changes in patient condition promptly. Engage in patient education and provide emotional support to residents and their families, fostering a caring environment that promotes dignity and respect. Qualifications Valid CNA certification with current licensure; previous experience working in long-term care is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and safely assist patients using equipment like Hoyer lifts; compassion-driven caregiving mindset essential.
