We specialize in high-end home automation, audio/video, lighting control, motorized shades, networking, security, and surveillance systems throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of the warehouse and inventory process. You will work closely with our Project Managers and technicians to make sure the correct equipment and materials are received, organized, accounted for, and ready before each project. What You'll Do Receive and inspect incoming equipment and deliveries Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Identify missing, damaged, or incorrect equipment Receive and maintain accurate inventory records Label and organize equipment by customer and project Stage equipment and materials for upcoming installations Prepare equipment for technicians before scheduled jobs Maintain organized project shelving and storage areas Track equipment moving between the warehouse and job sites Maintain inventory of commonly used parts, wire, connectors, hardware, and installation supplies Perform routine inventory counts Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Handle equipment returns, RMAs, warranty replacements, and defective products Maintain organization of company tools and shared equipment Monitor inventory levels and identify materials that need to be reordered Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and company vehicles Keep the warehouse clean, labeled, organized, and professional Help improve our warehouse and inventory processes as the company grows What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, construction, or similar experience preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable taking ownership of an area of responsibility Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and project-management software Ability to accurately track model numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and project assignments Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time Comfortable handling high-value electronics and equipment Experience in AV, home automation, low-voltage, electrical, security, lighting, construction, or electrical supply is a plus but is not required. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday Ability to safely handle televisions, speakers, electronics, wire, tools, and other installation materials Ability to assist with loading and unloading equipment
Pay:
