We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join a professional warehouse environment handling medical and surgical supplies. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and maintaining inventory records in a regulated environment.

Shift:

PART-TIME

Mon-Friday (10am-4pm)

$18-20 (Interview Based) Call us at 972-721-9675 for more information Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize medical and surgical supplies. Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and inventory records. Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems and Excel. Pick, stage, and prepare medical supplies for orders and shipments. Identify inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or missing materials and report issues promptly. Check product numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates when applicable. Properly label and store medical supplies according to established procedures. Assist with inventory adjustments and maintain accurate documentation. Coordinate with purchasing, shipping, and other departments regarding inventory needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow company procedures for handling medical and surgical materials. Requirements Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, medical supplies, surgical supplies, or a related environment preferred. Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Comfortable working with Excel, email, scanners, and inventory management systems . Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent accuracy when handling product numbers, quantities, and inventory records. Ability to lift, move, and organize inventory as required. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
