Join Our Team Are you someone who enjoys staying organized, maintaining accurate records, and making sure every detail is handled correctly? We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Southlake, TX . This is a full-time Monday-Friday day shift opportunity with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay is interview-based and ranges from $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience, skills, and overall fit for the position. The Inventory Clerk plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking products, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring inventory processes run smoothly. This is a computer-focused inventory position in a light warehouse environment . While you will work within a warehouse setting, this role is focused on inventory accuracy, organization, data entry, and maintaining proper records rather than heavy manual labor. The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, organized, comfortable working with computers, and takes pride in completing accurate work. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records using company software and computer systems. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory for accuracy. Enter and update inventory information in company databases. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Identify and help resolve inventory discrepancies. Organize inventory locations for easy access and accurate tracking. Label, sort, and maintain proper product organization. Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation. Communicate with warehouse team members regarding inventory movement. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
