Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming medical instruments and supplies. Inspect packaging integrity, expiration dates, and lot numbers for accuracy. Accurately enter inventory into warehouse management systems. Organize inventory using FIFO and established warehouse procedures. Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Label, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs. Operate barcode scanners and inventory tracking systems. Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation. Follow quality control, safety, and regulatory procedures. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient. Identify opportunities to improve organization and workflow. QualificationsRequired Minimum 1 years of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or operations experience. Experience using computerized inventory management systems. Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds . Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Preferred Experience working with medical devices, surgical supplies, or regulated inventory. Experience using barcode scanners and warehouse management software.
