Job Description

The Surgical Supply Inventory Clerk is responsible for managing the daily inventory operations of a small medical supply warehouse. This position ensures the accurate receipt, storage, tracking, and distribution of surgical products while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented , organized, and committed to maintaining inventory accuracy to support customer and operational needs.

$18 p/h For more information, Call us at 972-721-9675 or Visit our office at 2915 N Belt Line Rd Irving, Tx 76092 Duties Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Stock surgical instruments, disposable supplies, implants, and medical products in designated warehouse locations. Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory management systems. Perform daily cycle counts and assist with daily, weekly, monthly and annual physical inventories. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or reorder needs. Track product lot numbers, serial numbers, and expiration dates to ensure product traceability. Remove expired, damaged, or recalled products from inventory according to company procedures. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy. Ensure proper storage conditions for sterile and temperature-sensitive products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with shipping, receiving, labeling, and restocking activities as needed. Experience
TECH SAVVY & DETAIL-ORIENTED
One or more years of inventory, warehouse, or medical supply experience preferred. Proficiency with inventory software, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Excel applications. Strong mathematical and data entry skills. Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail.
