As our operations continue to grow, we're looking for a dependable and organized Inventory & Warehouse team member to support daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory, and help keep products and materials organized and moving efficiently. About the
Role:
We are looking for an Inventory Control & Warehouse Associate to maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, manage receiving and put-away, and support daily picking, packing, and shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities, SKUs, and condition against receiving documentation. Accurately put away inventory into assigned Pio, bin, shelf, and pallet locations. Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory counts. Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system inventory. Research missing, misplaced, damaged, or incorrectly recorded inventory. Maintain accurate inventory locations and organized warehouse storage. Replenish inventory from reserve storage into active picking/Pio locations. Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment as needed. Process inventory returns and ensure products are properly restocked or quarantined. Assist with warehouse organization, receiving, shipping, and other fulfillment activities. Escalate recurring inventory issues and help identify the root cause of discrepancies Help train, and lead warehouse staff with a focus on accountability and efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
Technology Proficient - Comfortable using and learning inventory systems, scanners, spreadsheets, and other warehouse technology. Team Leadership - Experience leading a small team, delegating tasks, and communicating expectations.
