Job Description

Inbound Associate (iEnjoy Home Fulfillment Center)
Job Summary:
The Inbound Associate is responsible for unloading incoming shipments, verifying product quantities, accurately recording receipts in the warehouse system, and preparing inventory for put-away. This role plays a vital part in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring product quality, and facilitating safe and efficient inbound operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound shipments from various sources, including overseas shipping containers.
  • Safely unload containers using pallet jacks, rolling racks, or forklifts, as applicable.
  • Verify and sort SKU boxes onto pallets during unloading.
  • Count items to confirm quantities and specifications as needed.
  • Inspect cartons and products for any damage, defects, or discrepancies.
  • Separate and report damaged or non-conforming items according to established procedures.
  • Communicate any shortages, overages, incorrect items, or shipping damage to the supervisor.
  • Sort and stage received items for put-away by zone, priority, or storage requirements.
  • Assist with put-away tasks, ensuring products are placed in the correct locations.
  • Support inventory accuracy through participation in cycle counts and location audits, as assigned.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and equipment operating procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized receiving area using 5S practices.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and promptly report any equipment issues.
  • Assist with various warehouse tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 6+ months of warehouse experience preferred, though not required for entry-level positions.
  • Comfortable using scanners and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation).
  • Frequent bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, and performing repetitive hand motions.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Pay:
$17.75 - $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
