We are looking for a dependable Inventory Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in Dublin, Virginia. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who takes pride in accurate inventory handling, organized stock control, and safe material movement. The role involves supporting shipping, receiving, storage, and order preparation while helping maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment.

Please NOTE:

this position runs M-F in a second shift, from 3:30pm - 12:30am with an hour lunch and a 15 minute break. You MUST be available for this schedule in order to be considered.

Responsibilities:

Receive inbound materials, verify shipment accuracy, and document deliveries with careful attention to detail. Place products in assigned storage areas and keep inventory arranged for efficient access and tracking. Select, package, and stage items for outgoing orders to support timely shipment needs. Update inventory, shipping, and receiving records to help maintain accurate warehouse documentation. Assist with cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory reconciliation activities to support inventory accuracy. Inspect materials for damage, labeling issues, or quality concerns and report discrepancies promptly. Maintain orderly workspaces by completing routine housekeeping tasks and supporting overall warehouse cleanliness. Work closely with team members and other departments to meet operational targets and service expectations. Contribute to warehouse improvement efforts and support additional operational tasks as needed. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to speak, read, and understand English for work instructions, labels, forms, and safety information. Valid driver's license. Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Capability to operate a scale and perform accurate item counts and basic recordkeeping. Experience working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail when inspecting, tagging, logging, pulling, and packing materials. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
