Logistics Team Member Purpose of Role The Logistics Team Member is responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks to move, locate, load, and unload materials within the facility. This role supports production and warehouse operations by ensuring timely and accurate material handling while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality. Key Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a competent level. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks, pallets, and production lines Move raw materials and finished goods to designated locations Perform daily equipment inspections and complete required checklists Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately Maintain accurate inventory through proper scanning or documentation Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines Assist with shipping, receiving, and staging of materials Support production teams by delivering materials in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to Condair's Quality Assurance System and Health and Safety policies. Other duties as assigned by management. Professional Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies Education and Experience High school diploma or GED preferred, not required Previous forklift operating experience required (3-5 years preferred) Language Skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to Reason Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Computer Skills Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred Certifications Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire Personal Characteristics Teamwork Balances team and individual responsibilities.
