Inventory Clerk (Supp Tech) Amentum - 3.8 Springfield, VA Job Details Full-time $45.82 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Database systems Driver's License Productivity software Full Job Description Amentum has an excellent opportunity for an Inventory Clerk to join our team in our Springfield, VA location. Must have and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Government security clearance. The Inventory Clerk primary duties include perform inventory management activities such as accountable property database records management, property issue and receipt control. Track items and segregate them by ownership through the records maintained in the accountable property database. Ensure all property will be controlled through a receipt system.
Essential Job Functions:
Process accountable property documentation such as editing, deleting, transferring, and issuing hand receipts. Conduct annual inventories of all accountable property IAW prescribed procedures. Conduct 10% monthly inventories to enhance property accountability Reconcile deficiencies identified during physical inventories. Maintain property accountability records, paper and/or electronic Execute monthly reconciliations between property acquisitions/deletions and fiscal databases.
Required, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office products, email, electronic timecard, or other electronic data recording systems, as appropriate Must be able to master the Archibus system to managing Inventory Ability to lift 40 lbs. Possess a valid State Driver's License, pass driving record (MVR) check
