We are looking for an Inventory Associate to join our team Key responsibilities include safely operating equipment to stock, fulfilling, and moving products in an efficient manner.
Essential Functions:
Safely and efficiently operate all power equipment including: forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers and pallet jacksComplete all documentation required for proper operation of equipment including: pre-trip inspections, post-trip inspections, and maintenance requestsMaintaining inventory control and accuracy through processes and systems set forth by the companyReceive inventory, stock shelves, pick orders, package orders and ship ordersCheck and restock merchandise, inventory, inspect for damage, and verify bin contentsMaintain work areas by keeping areas clean, neat and orderlyKnowledge, Skills, Duties and Abilities:
Able to perform tasks accuratelyMust be detail-orientedSelf-motivated and customer service driven attitudeAble to stay organized and on taskAble to use scanners in conjunction with the WMS systemCheck and restock inventory, inspect for damage, and verify countsMeet and maintain accuracy and production goalsTimely pulling and downstocking of replenishmentsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a teamCompletion of maintenance sheets, daily maintenance of inventory, and report discrepancies to supervisorComply with federal, state, local, OSHA, and company policies, procedures, and regulationsPerform other duties and/or work in other departments of work location as assignedBenefits
