Contract Duration:
04 Months (Extendable) Day shift coverage (6 AM
  • 4:30 PM) working Wednesday through Saturday Night shift : 5 pm to 3:30 am, Wednesday to Saturday Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
Key job responsibilities Physically move and expedite materials when required to support production and meet work order completion schedule. Verify all materials are packaged/bagged and tagged for hand off to the production floor. Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually complete warehouse tasks and movement of parts. Document system issues, process flaws and inefficiencies. Communicate with quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems.
Operate equipment including:
forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, cherry picker, and hand carts. Basic qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours Preferred qualifications
  • 2+ year in supply chain, operations, warehousing, inventory control or related experience
  • 2+ year experience using MS excel, able to navigate and interpret data Candidate Requirements Experience with MS Office Professional supply chain warehousing technician roles involving receiving non-inventory materials, managing flight materials, organizing items in racks, and picking outbound orders for production floor delivery.
Key technical skills include SAP and WMS experience, with Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency. Preferred candidates should have supply chain experience, particularly inventory management, with 1-2 years of relevant background.
