Position

Stockroom is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing equipment, material, supplies, tools, compiles stock records in stockroom.

Responsibilities Count, run stock where needed, sort, or weigh incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices.

Store articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information such as style, size, or type of material.

Compile reports on use of stock handling equipment, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, spoilage of or damage to stock, location changes, and refusal of shipments.

Prepare periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock.

Fill orders or issues supplies from stock as well as requisitions articles to fill incoming orders. Qualifications Ability to mark identifying codes, figures, or letters of articles.

Can enter information into established computer system, production records, logs, time clock, and other forms.

Be able to determine methods of storage, identification, and stock location.

Ability to examine stock to verify conformance to specifications.

Be able to distribute stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued. Benefits 401K with Company Match
