Job Sum mary The batching coordinator assists in all areas of the batching department s administrative responsibilities, including data entry, inventory management & supply ordering. Duties & Responsibilities Order, receive and inventory of department supplies. Perform recordkeeping and data entry tasks. Assist with SOP creation and modification. Assist with audit functions as needed. Perform administrative duties related to ingredient inventory management. Support staging function for completion of the production schedule. Communicate cross departmentally as necessary to accomplish all tasks. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of secondary education with relevant coursework. Previous related experience in production-oriented data entry and inventory management a plus. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and computer skills required. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
