•2:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support material flow between our Assembly and Coating departments. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping production running efficiently by transporting materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are staged and organized throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage material movement between Assembly and Coating departments. Gather, stage, and deliver materials throughout the facility during the shift. Organize, label, and maintain inventory in designated storage areas. Safely operate pallet jacks to transport materials and pallets. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements and complete transactions. Perform inventory adjustments and data entry within warehouse management systems. Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Support warehouse operations including packing, staging, sorting, and organizing products. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and material-handling guidelines. Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned. Opportunity to learn forklift operation upon direct hire and successful completion of training. Required Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory environment. Experience handling and tracking inventory. Ability to safely operate a pallet jack. Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory tracking systems. Experience performing inventory adjustments and cycle counts. Basic computer skills for inventory transactions and data entry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse setting. Preferred Qualifications Prior forklift experience. Experience with packing, staging, and general warehouse operations. Knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse systems. Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse and production support environment. Frequent walking between departments throughout the shift. Regular use of pallet jacks, RF scanners, and computer systems.
