• 1st Shift (Supply Chain) to join our team on Badger Dr. in Waukesha, WI! The hourly rate for this position is $20.80 per hour. The core hours are 7 am

• Achieve demonstration/performing levels of cycle counting metrics per OpA requirements.
• Execute proactive cycle counting activities and analyze inventory errors to determine root cause(s).
• Engage in projects to improve material flow and inventory accuracy.
• Operate computerized stock storage system or SAP system for various operations.
• Work independently and in group settings to execute on key objectives.
• Locate, expedite, prep, and move material as needed.
• Operate various-sized forklifts, dock plates, and other equipment in warehouse environment to sustain flow of materials for the department.
• Perform work from specifications, and/or communicated instructions.
• Follow established working procedures.
• Meet or exceed quality and quantity standards.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly.
• Contribute suggestions for methods or product improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all environmental, health, safety rules and regulations, and work instructions.
• Foster an environment that promotes Eaton's goals, philosophies, and encourages continuous improvement through participation and teamwork.
• Assist receiving dock and production material handling as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent from an accredited institution Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of forklift and SAP experience Previous material assurance/kitting experience #IND123 #LI-SB2

Skills:

• Must be able to walk/stand/sit for an 8 hour shift with or without reasonable accommodations
• Basic understanding of SAP.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 LBS; bend, twist, grab, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, use both hands to lift and lower materials, and perform all other essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
