Duties Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document all inbound deliveries using inventory management software and RF scanners. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately for delivery or transfer, utilizing order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and trade compliance standards. Maintain precise inventory records through data entry into ERP systems such as AS400 or similar warehouse management systems. Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment activities. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely to move goods within the warehouse distribution area. Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipping schedules, manage international trade regulations when applicable, and ensure timely order fulfillment for e-commerce or retail channels. Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms like AS400 or MRP systems for inventory tracking and order processing. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing procedures, and inventory management best practices. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and effectively. Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate stock counting and order processing. Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, load & unload activities, packaging, and shipping & receiving workflows. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy standards.
