Job Description

Job Summary:
This role works closely with maintenance technicians, vendors, and the departmental team members to support safe and efficient aircraft maintenance operations by managing the flow of aircraft parts, supplies, and tooling. Responsibilities include ordering, receiving, inspecting, storing, and tracking materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting regulatory compliance.

Starting at $23.00 p/hr

Non-Exempt Essential Functions:
Order, receive, inspect, and distribute aircraft parts and supplies. Support and coordinate with maintenance personnel to provide required materials and tooling for aircraft maintenance repairs. Coordinate with vendors regarding parts purchasing, shipping, and repair status. Perform routine inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy. Verify and maintain documentation related to aircraft parts, certifications, and traceability in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Track and manage the internal and external shipment and receipt of materials. Support compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and aviation regulations. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment. Support multiple functions within the parts department, including receiving, purchasing, front counter support, expediting, and repairable parts coordination. Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License is required. Must be able to pass an Airport Background Criminal History Check. Must be able to work effectively in a drug-free workplace and comply with company drug and alcohol policies. Basic computer proficiency is required, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Docs, along with the ability to learn new inventory and database systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technicians and leadership while supporting regulatory compliance are required. Experience in any of the following areas is preferred: aviation, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, supply chain operations, computerized inventory systems, aircraft parts or maintenance environments.
