Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory Control & Management Maintain accurate inventory records using our Inventory Management System (IMS) / ERP software. Receive, inspect, tag, and properly store incoming parts and materials. Identify, track, and manage obsolete, expired, or slow-moving inventory. 2. Job Costing & Financial Tracking Allocate parts and materials to specific jobs. Collaborate with managers and technicians to ensure all parts used on a job are properly logged. Verify invoices against purchase orders and packing slips before submitting them to accounts payable. 3. Purchasing & Supplier Relations Source parts and materials from approved vendors, balancing quality, speed, and cost. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track shipments to ensure timely delivery, proactively resolving any delays. Maintain and build relationships with suppliers. 4. Shipping & Receiving Assist with shipping of individual parts as well as finished engines through FedEx parcel and Freight channels. Daily receiving responsibilities to include physical receiving and receiving within the ERP software.

Skills and Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, purchasing, or parts management.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency with inventory management software, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), and Microsoft Excel.

Financial Literacy:

Strong understanding of how inventory affects job costing and profit margins.

Organization:

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving parts (literally and figuratively) in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Capability:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).

Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
