Warehouse Clerk / Plumbing Parts & Inventory Specialist Oak Plumbing Inc Benicia, CA Job Details Full-time $30 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Benefits 401(k) Qualifications Driver's License Plumbing Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Clerk / Plumbing Parts & Inventory Specialist to support our plumbing operations. The primary responsibility of this position is to accurately count, organize, track, and maintain plumbing parts, materials, tools, and equipment. The position will also support plumbing technicians, company vehicles, and Dispatch as needed. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of plumbing experience and strong knowledge of plumbing parts, fittings, materials, and equipment. Primary Responsibilities Accurately count and maintain inventory of plumbing parts and materials. Receive, inspect, organize, label, and properly store inventory. Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse. Pull and stage parts and materials for plumbing technicians. Assist technicians with locating and obtaining required parts. Maintain and organize company vans, including helping ensure vans are properly stocked. Assist with vehicle and equipment check-in/check-out procedures. Identify missing, damaged, or low-stock materials and report them to management. Conduct inventory counts and assist with resolving discrepancies. Return unused materials to their proper warehouse locations. Provide backup assistance to Service Titan Dispatch when needed. Pick up parts and materials from vendors as needed. Deliver parts, materials, or equipment to technicians at job sites when needed. Communicate professionally with technicians, Dispatch, purchasing, vendors, and management. Follow company safety, warehouse, vehicle, and timekeeping procedures. Complete assigned responsibilities accurately and within established timeframes. Experience Minimum 3-5 years of plumbing experience required. Strong knowledge of plumbing parts, fittings, materials, tools, and equipment. Strong mathematical, counting, and inventory skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to organize and maintain a warehouse efficiently. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Basic computer and inventory tracking skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable attendance and dependable work habits. Ability to safely lift, move, and organize plumbing materials and equipment. Valid driver's license required. Good driving record required. Ability to safely operate a company vehicle for authorized parts pickup and delivery. This position is a good fit for someone who understands what plumbing technicians need in the field and can ensure the correct parts and materials are available, counted, organized, and ready when needed. Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available. Full-Time 6:30 am - 3:30 pm Part-time employment may begin at 20 hours per week with a start time at 6:30 am, with the potential for additional hours based on business needs and employee availability.
