POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for day-to-day tasks within the dispensary, tailored to the position you're hired for. Whether you're assisting customers, managing inventory, or ensuring a clean and inviting store environment, your role is crucial in delivering exceptional service.

REQUIRED KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, guiding them through product selection and answering any questions they may have if on the sales floor. Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular inventory audits and stock checks on the sales floor. Overseeing secondary employee inventory counts each day. Receiving vendor deliveries. Verifying invoice accuracy (product qty, price, metrc tags and manifest accuracy) Properly and accurately paying out vendors without mistake. Knowledge of receiving, rejecting, transferring, wasting and all aspects of the METRC track and track system. Checking in received products, creating profiles and printing barcode labels for new inventory or current inventory.
Organization of warehouse:
stocking accuracy and back storage placement. Maintain, scan and store all invoices, manifests and Metrc UID tags. Create, edit and/or maintain product profiles for our POS and company website. Working hands-on with floor managers and management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous Positive Cash Handling experience. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease. Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Must be at least 21 years old and comply with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis. Must pass Live Scan Check, which will be completed at time of offer of employment. Ability to sit OR stand for long periods of time. Must be able to stand/walk for up to 7 hours at a time Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds safely and properly, as required Ability to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment. Ability to complete tasks given by ownership or management. Must be able to workdays, nights, holidays, and weekends if needed.
