Inventory Control & Shipping Specialist Imprimus Labels and Packaging - 1.0 Dublin, CA Job Details Full-time $23 - $28 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Opportunities for advancement Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Imprimus Labels & Packaging is seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Inventory Control & Shipping Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Dublin, CA. This position plays a critical role in ensuring production has the materials it needs while accurately receiving, storing, staging, and shipping products to our customers. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where every day is different, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and supplies Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Maintain accurate inventory throughout the warehouse Pull materials for production according to the manufacturing schedule Stage materials for press operators Prepare customer orders for shipment Package, label, wrap, and palletize finished goods Create shipping documents and bills of lading Coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight carriers Load and unload trucks safely Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment Perform cycle counts and monthly inventory Maintain a clean, organized warehouse using 5S principles Assist Flexographic Press Operators with material staging, ink preparation, and press changeovers when needed Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse and production areas What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Two or more years of warehouse, inventory control, shipping, or manufacturing experience Forklift experience preferred Experience with inventory or ERP software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to work overtime when needed Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Label printing or packaging manufacturing Inventory control Shipping and receiving UPS WorldShip or FedEx Ship Manager Label Traxx ERP or similar manufacturing software Physical Requirements Frequently lift up to 50 pounds Stand and walk throughout the workday Bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts Work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) Why Join Imprimus?
