We are working on growing the business in this location, and need capable individuals to join our store team to make this happen. Part-Time / Flexible Schedule Role Overview We are looking for a dependable and organized Inventory Control Specialist to support daily retail operations, online order fulfillment, customer communication, and inventory management. This role works closely with the Store Manager to help maintain a smooth and efficient customer experience both in-store and online. Schedule Flexible schedule with approximately 3-5 hour shifts, around 3 days per week, with additional hours available depending on the needs of the business. Holiday season is especially busy. Responsibilities Fulfill Shopify orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate customer support questions with TalentPop CS support team Answer and manage store telephone calls Assist with inventory counts and stock organization Ensure all SKUs are represented and properly merchandised on the shop floor Restock and replenish merchandise as needed Make occasional runs to the San Rafael storage location to replenish inventory Help maintain store cleanliness and operational organization Communicate operational issues or low inventory items to Store Manager Email resume and cover note to
