Key Responsibilities:

Own day-to-day accounting activities for a portfolio of entities, including LLCs, partnerships, trusts, investment-related entities, and other family office structures. Manage invoice processing and vendor payments from receipt through approval and payment, ensuring transactions are properly coded and supported. Coordinate recurring payment activity and maintain accurate vendor documentation and payment records. Review and reconcile credit card and other expense activity, ensuring transactions are appropriately classified and supported by documentation. Prepare journal entries and assist with intercompany activity, reimbursements, accruals, and other general ledger transactions. Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Support the monthly and quarterly close process and assist with the preparation of financial and management reporting. Monitor cash activity across entities, including receipts, disbursements, bank balances, and short-term liquidity needs. Assist with expense and financial reporting for principals and related entities while maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. Work closely with the Controller, principals, external accountants, tax professionals, investment advisors, and other service providers to resolve accounting and reporting matters. Provide financial information and supporting schedules for tax filings, audits, reporting requests, and other external requirements. Help identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows, strengthen controls, and improve the use of technology and automation. Assist with accounting system enhancements, process documentation, and other finance-related projects as the family office continues to grow.

Qualifications:
