Your Responsibilities Bring a minimum of 1-year experience in inventory or merchandise support Continually improve processes and streamline merchandise transfers. Be reliable and have flexible schedule availability which may include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends. Receive replenishment, process, unpack, and organize shipments, and manage all special merchandise requests. Perform regular cycle counts and provide reports to your manager on results. Assist on the sales floor by greeting customers and answering phones as needed. Work with multiple departments to process merchandise returns and acknowledge receipt of shipments. Communicate with the fulfillment center any discrepancies or quality issues discovered during both the receiving and auditing of merchandise Your Rewards Earn solid base pay plus incentive!
