In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining our standards for speed, accuracy, and presentation. You'll also assist with incoming shipments, inventory organization, quality control, returns, restocking, and other day-to-day fulfillment operations. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that is best suited for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working toward daily productivity goals, and able to maintain accuracy while working efficiently. Available Shifts We are currently hiring across all three shifts :

Day Shift:

9:00 AM

• 5:00

PM Evening Shift:

5:00 PM

• 1:00

AM Overnight Shift:

1:00 AM

• 9:00 AM We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions .

Part-time schedules may be available within these shift windows depending on availability and business needs. Applicants should include their preferred shift(s) when applying. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Meet daily productivity and fulfillment goals while maintaining accuracy Verify products, quantities, and order details before shipment Ensure packages meet Ninetynine Dreams' presentation and quality standards Receive, count, inspect, and organize incoming inventory Perform quality control checks and report inventory discrepancies or damaged products Restock products and maintain organized inventory areas Assist with inventory counts and inventory tracking Process customer returns and exchanges, including inspection and restocking Determine whether returned products can be restocked or should be designated as damaged Monitor packing supplies and notify the team when materials need to be replenished Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Follow fulfillment procedures and operational guidelines Assist with product launches, high-volume order periods, and other operational projects as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and consistent Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working toward daily productivity goals Basic computer proficiency, including spreadsheets, shipping software, and order-management systems Able to quickly learn new tools, systems, and procedures Takes pride in product quality and presentation Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on fulfillment work Physically able to receive, move, organize, and process inventory and shipments Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with other team members Previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, e-commerce, or order-packing experience is a plus, but not required.
