1st shift, Flexible We do offer paid time offs, holidays, 401k, medical, dental, and vision Job Summary Looking for a hands-on Inventory Coordinator to support day-to-day material tracking and inventory control. This is a part-time contractor role focused on keeping inventory accurate, organized, and available for operations. What You'll Do Track and manage inventory for parts and materials Perform cycle counts and basic inventory audits Maintain accurate records (including serial numbers / batch tracking if applicable) Support material staging, stocking, and organization Coordinate with team members on part availability and shortages Flag and help resolve inventory discrepancies quickly What We Need Experience in inventory, warehouse, or materials handling Comfortable working on your feet and moving throughout the work area Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and move quickly Basic experience with inventory systems or spreadsheets Nice to Have Experience in manufacturing or technical environments Familiarity with government/regulated environments (e.g., FAR, including
