Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to manage and maintain accurate stock levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory tracking, compliance reporting, and ensuring all products are properly labeled and stored according to state regulations.
Responsibilities:
(Include but are not limited to) Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits. Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments. Ensure all products are labeled correctly, comply with state regulations, and are not damaged. Track and report inventory discrepancies and coordinate with management to resolve issues. Work closely with management to maintain stock levels and prevent shortages. Communicate your progress with the team regularly through Whatsapp messaging. Track expired or damaged products in compliance with regulations. Assist in preparing reports for ordering purposes as needed. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation! Previous experience in inventory management, retail, or logistics preferred. No cannabis industry experience is required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with state cannabis regulations or willingness to learn. Proficiency in inventory management software and Google Sheets. Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass any required background checks. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds.
