Part-Time Position Summary The Inventory Intake and Support Associate reports to the General Manager and provides hands-on support for day-to-day purchasing and inventory operations. The role is responsible for receiving and processing incoming product, completing intake documentation, maintaining accurate product data, uploading invoices, and supporting inventory processing and order packing as needed. Success in this position requires accuracy, organization, and consistent follow-through across inventory and purchasing workflows. Key Responsibilities Product Intake & Compliance- Perform intake of all incoming products in accordance with applicable compliance requirements.
- Complete required intake documentation and records accurately and consistently.
- Coordinate with a remote team member to ensure incoming deliveries are entered into the system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Flag intake, product, or data discrepancies for review at the time of delivery. Product Data & Menu Accuracy
- Update and maintain product information related to intake, including menu categorization.
- Conduct routine checks to confirm products are correctly categorized on the website. Purchasing & Accounting Support
- Upload invoices for the accounting team.
- Support the Buyer with vendor communications related to deliveries and intake follow-ups, as needed.
- Assist with reviewing reports used for vendor credit memos. Inventory & Order Support
- Support inventory processing and assist with packing customer or delivery orders as needed.
- Maintain and audit daily records and logs as required. Safety & General Operations
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and applicable legal regulations.

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently without consistent supervision.
- General or basic computer knowledge.
- Basic Excel and Google Sheets knowledge.
- General knowledge of city and state cannabis compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure. Personal Attributes
