Position Overview:
BEPC is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist (Tier 3) to support inventory operations at a leading technology manufacturing facility in Santa Clara, CA. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating replenishment activities, and supporting property administration. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience with inventory management systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. This position requires the ability to complete a physical examination and safely lift up to 50 pounds. This role does not involve handling hazardous materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records for gas and chemical components, including quantities, storage locations, and inventory conditions. Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs to prevent stock shortages. Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to order and replenish inventory. Define, maintain, and standardize inventory storage locations, including buildings, shelves, bins, SEZ rooms, and Kanban locations. Receive incoming inventory and accurately enter inventory transactions into inventory management software. Collect and analyze inventory turnover metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for process improvements. Assist with property administration activities, including asset tagging, photographing equipment, data entry, inventory tracking, recordkeeping, and supporting space allocation decisions. Support Health and Safety initiatives as needed, including labeling and moving gas cylinders and chemical inventory. Work closely with internal customers, vendors, and service contractors to support inventory operations. Assist with additional inventory, warehouse, and operational duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, inventory management, or related logistics environments. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds. Must successfully complete a physical examination prior to employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or inventory management system. Experience with Sunflower Asset Management software is highly preferred but not required. Experience working with internal vendors and service contractors. Knowledge of inventory reporting, inventory KPIs, and process improvement initiatives. Experience supporting property administration and asset tracking.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds . Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical examination.
