- What You'll Do Maintain accurate inventory records and process inventory transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Perform cycle counts, inventory verification, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution Pull, stage, and kit materials/components for manufacturing work orders Process work orders, pick lists, material issues, returns, and inventory adjustments Monitor component shortages and overages and help resolve inventory issues affecting production Replenish materials from the stockroom to production cells using Kanban and point-of-use replenishment systems Return excess materials to inventory and ensure transactions are accurately recorded Maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient stockroom Support physical inventory counts and inventory accuracy initiatives Partner with manufacturing to ensure materials are available to meet production requirements Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts related to inventory and material flow Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of inventory control, stockroom, warehouse, or materials experience in a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for inventory transactions, work orders, and materials tracking Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, material staging/kitting, and inventory control Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Forklift/material-handling experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Kanban, lean manufacturing, and point-of-use replenishment experience is a plus A bit about us:•Our teams work together across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to deliver high-quality equipment and solutions.
