This role is key to tracking fuel inventory, supporting dispatch, and keeping operations running smoothly What Youll Do Track and update fuel inventory levels. Enter and manage loads in the dispatch system. Respond to customer emails and provide support. Prepare reports on inventory, deliveries, and customer orders. Audit inventory records and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with Dispatch and Operations leadership. What Were Looking For 2+ years of customer service or admin experience preferred. Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills. Detail-oriented and organized; able to multitask under pressure. Excellent communication skills. Adept at learning new systems.
