The Opportunity As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a key role in the accurate, compliant, and timely fulfillment of cannabis concentrate and flower orders. This position requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset to support a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. You will report directly to the VP of Production and must be able to work the set schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility for occasional nights and weekends as business needs arise. Core Responsibilities Fulfill outgoing orders while maintaining accurate and compliant tracking systems. Generate and audit Metrc manifests in full compliance with MED regulations and company SOPs. Manage order workflow to meet daily and weekly production deadlines. Assign weekly expectations for fulfillment tasks in coordination with the packaging team. Maintain real-time, accurate inventory tracking across systems. Update LeafLink menu daily to reflect current inventory and availability. Perform monthly cycle counts of finished goods and support internal audits as required. Conduct quality control assessments on all products before distribution. Assist the flower processing department as needed during high volume or cross-functional activities. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction. Work cooperatively and courteously with other departments and roles. Display a strong working knowledge of cannabis products and industry standards. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Prioritize and resolve problems efficiently, even while managing multiple interruptions. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by their supervisor. What You Bring Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience. Minimum 1 year of Metrc experience in a regulated cannabis environment. Experience with LeafLink preferred. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a team environment. Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for the cannabis industry. Licensing & Compliance Requirements Valid Colorado MED Occupational Badge (must be maintained in good standing). Must be 21 years or older. Must possess a valid Colorado Driver's License or State ID. Must successfully pass a background check as required by the MED. Must remain compliant with all company policies and cannabis industry regulations. Must be able to work the required schedule (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) with occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Reliable transportation required. Working Conditions Required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions. May be required to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, and balance up to 75 pounds (200 pounds with assistance). Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required in designated work areas.
