About Us RFMX Houger Expess LLC is a warehouse and transportation company providing third-party logistics, distribution, and fulfilment services. Our team supports customers with reliable storage, inventory management, and transportation solutions while maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer service. About the Role RFMX is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our Warehouse Operations team in Denver. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our inventory records accurate and in sync with what's actually on the shelves — and you'll serve as the key point of contact between our warehouse team and our customers for all things inbound, outbound, and billing-related documentation. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, communicates proactively, and enjoys solving problems before they become bigger issues. What You'll Do Help set up new customers in our warehouse management system (WMS), including SKUs, pricing, storage terms, and handling requirements, and create and maintain accurate customer instructions for every account Enter and maintain inbound and outbound inventory transactions accurately and on time Maintain 99% or greater accuracy between physical inventory and system records Conduct weekly cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare documentation for review Verify pick tickets, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and other outbound documentation before shipment confirmation Notify customers of damage or discrepancies within 24 hours, with proper documentation and photos Keep receiving paperwork, shipment records, and supporting documentation organized and up to date Track and report on inventory accuracy, discrepancies, billing concerns, and aging inventory Communicate professionally with customers and escalate issues before they become problems Help document procedures that support cross-training and continuous process improvement What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; additional education a plus 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse administration, or a related logistics role preferred Experience in a 3PL or distribution environment strongly preferred Comfortable working in WMS, 3PL, or ERP systems to enter, adjust, and reconcile inventory transactions Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting or digital document management tools Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with data, quantities, and basic calculations A self-starter who takes ownership, follows through, and communicates issues clearly and early Able to work well with warehouse teams, accounting, and customers alike Physical Requirements Able to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods and walk throughout office and warehouse areas Able to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed for filing and inventory work Able to climb stairs and lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
