Cycle Count Specialist Loveland, CO | $20.90-$22.69/hour Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM This is a solid opportunity for someone who likes structure, staying organized, and being hands-on in a manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in keeping inventory accurate and operations running smoothly—supporting everything from production to customer delivery. Perform daily cycle counts across all areas of the plant Meet monthly inventory count goals for assigned materials Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes Use systems (Oracle) and transaction history to resolve issues Support quarterly inventory audits Assist with BOM updates and routing accuracy Partner with purchasing and other departments to maintain inventory levels Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, VES) Help implement engineering changes (ECOs) Keep work areas organized and aligned with safety standards What We're Looking For This role is a strong fit for someone who is dependable, analytical, and likes problem-solving.
